Refund policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with international consumer protection standards (and EU legislation), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your items, without having to provide a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unwashed)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Before any return, please contact us at contact.toniaart@gmail.com to obtain the necessary instructions. We will provide you with the return address and procedures. Any return sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No restocking fees apply.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged Items or Order Errors
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
In such cases, we will provide:
- A free replacement
- Or a full refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Depending on your bank, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
