At Tonia Art, we offer reliable and tracked shipping throughout Europe as well as internationally.
🚚 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
🌍 Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
Our products are shipped from either France or Ukraine, depending on the item.
🇫🇷 France (local stock): 2 to 5 business days
🇪🇺 Europe (shipped from Ukraine): 5 to 9 business days
🇩🇪 Germany: 5 to 10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7 to 16 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 15 to 21 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary based on peak periods or postal service capacity.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
📦 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately depending on their storage location (France or Ukraine).
In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
🧾 Taxes & Customs Duties
For orders to the European Union:
✅ Orders under 150€: Value Added Tax (VAT) is included, and no additional fees will be requested upon delivery (IOSS scheme).
⚠️ Orders over 150€: Customs duties and taxes may be applied by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders outside the European Union:
Import duties and taxes may also apply according to the regulations of your country.

📦 Damaged Packages
